Bug with houses and workers

There seems to be something wrong with the houses and the starters pack 1 and 2 and the estate...

the game itself provides 8 houses (without extra stuff like being chinese or opera house). So thats 16 workers.
now i have bought the starters pack 2 in 2016, so that gives 1 extra house, 2 extra workers...makes 9 houses and 18 workers.
then i bought the estate earlier this year...makes 9 houses, 21 workers.
Now i only have 8 houses and 19 workers.
seems like the extra house from starters pack 2 just disappeared a long time ago, probably when i got to ia age...
however the game says you can have 8 houses, the starters pack states you get 1 house extra. But that house appearently just isnt there anymore when you reach the 8 houses normal gameplay gives you...
i am pretty sure this is also the case with the starters pack 1....

so where are our bought houses? The offer doesnt say anywhere that they are temporarily or can be overwritten by the max houses when you reach ia level? It says on both starters pack 'get an extra house'....

so i want my extra house, which i appearently lost a long time ago, back pls!
i think a lot of ppl who bought starters packs are suffering this loss...

can ppl verify?

Ok, talked to cs...they say you dont buy extra houses, but buy early access to existing houses. However this is not what the offers state. They state: extra houses, so this is either a major misleading item OR a major bug. As i bought an extra house and not any early access, i would like to have my extra house.

We all want that extra house but it is a house in advance. CS won't budge there's nothing we can do.

Unfortunately you're out of luck here. There have been hundreds of complaints about this but they never change the advertising.

I dont know about your countries, but in mine this is highly illegal...its misleading and at the edge of plain and simple fraud....the advertisements says plain and clear 'extra house'...i have informed everyone in our alliance and everyone agrees...not a single soul in our alliance will buy starters packs anymore and i will make sure i keep ppl informed about them

I agree, it is absolute fraud and should be illegal anywhere. But probably these kind of game developers will get away with anything.
