Bring on a incentive for alliance members to get promoted.

Hi long time reader and my first post on the forum.
Playing for 6 and a half years.

Can we give alliance members a real incentive to get promoted in there alliance.

There no Financial or game progress on getting a promotion.
From Ally to Council to Co-leader to Leader.

There have the power to kick out Alliance members below there rank, which I know a couple of leaders Only want that power themselves for management reasons.

Co-leaders do have the power to start wars and Highlight Parliamentary laws.

Besides that what's the point of doing well in your alliance and getting a promotion?

Leaders may want to promote members who go above and beyond the rest of the alliance.
Such as lots of parliament & troop donations, performing well in wars and giving advice in chat.

Bring on a pirate event for example
like season leader board where all alliance help each other for the win.
The Higher your rank is the higher your share of the loot, crowns,speed ups, troops ect.

Like a captain and his first and second mates.
Or update the season leader board to make it work for the ranking system.

Thank you for you question Lezley.

Just like the Artifacts in the world war hall,
The War Artifacts will be lock in during the war

Council Rank and above will be lock in during these events.

Members can only claim the prizes from the alliance there currently in at the time the event finishes, like Season leader board.

Example, if a co leader left his alliance to join another alliance he only can claim Ally rank prizes from the new alliance even if he got promote before the event finished.

I could see players leaving alliances just to get ranked in their own alliances so they could give all their accounts rewards.
