BHG & Nexon refusing to honor purchases.

Assuming iOS, there was a payment issue that. If CS won't fix it for you then cancel it via apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

I don't understand BHG's system but it appears archaic as it required a lot of work to convince them that I purchased (but did not receive) crowns that day.

I very much appreciate your reply! I want everyone to see this.

I followed the last ditch support recommendation by BHG/Nexon and requested a refund through Apple. It was denied. I am searching for a resolution still.

Call apple. I had to. They upgraded my ticket and sent it to engineering. I am supposed to hear back from them this Friday. Apple has a server outage that caused all the problems.
