A Campaign to Return Free Retrain Back to 9 Hours

It's really annoying how they have reduced the amount of times we can use this feature. Hope fully they can bring it back

Retrain all cooldown is also working like the battle chest cooldown. i did not used retrain all for about 3 days. today i was able to use retrain all for 3 times with very less gap. i used retrain for complete troops, tactics, generals and mercs. i got option immediately after i used.

Just noticed after last war, the retrain all is a big mis. Now I have to wait for 5 hours until I can do my next multiplayer attack.
Not using crowns to get my Mercenary camp back. That's the one I mis the most.
My generals will be retrained for the next war. Air, war tactics and troops just take time.
so for those few trade goods just turn it back to 9 hours.
