UPDATE -- 5/4/2015: We've completed game account restores for those players affected by negative Crown amounts. If you are experiencing otherwise, please reach out to us using any one of the below methods. Thank you!

As a result of the the two server maintenances today, certain accounts were impacted and now display negative crowns. If you're an affected account, please reach out and contact Customer Support via the method below:

Submit a support request by sending us an in-game Customer Support ticket: Settings > Customer Service > Report Issue

If you're posting in these forums regarding your negative crown amounts, please include your player ID (found in the Settings > Customer Service window) and ensure you report the issue using the in-game Customer Support flow so we can properly track and fix your account.

Thank you all for your patience on this issue.

I'm still in negative crowns -_- you said you have fix it but the only thing you have fix is the Level, Medals, and Alliances..
Please give back my crowns. I also send some reports since after the maintenance when i lost my crowns and still I don't have my crowns.

you said that the problems are all fixed, well I never got back my medals! I lost over 150 my player ID is 3961073 and I bought already a $99.99 crowns and twice for $9.99 I am thankfully not missing crowns but I worked hard for those medals and i need it back

Hello to all,

I made a first demand(request) 47725 (at 2h30) then one second 55509 (at 14h27). (hours in french GTM+2)

I concerns(marigolds) is whom before of crashed I was has 998 award a medal, I made my victory I came down again in 700 medal have my is saying paid off I am now 880 medal furthermore since the bug I redid of numerous fights(disputes) multiplayer what makes that I have of to gain(win) still one 50/60 medals. That I ask that we put me at least has 1100 award a medal! Crowns in the limit I me in madman.

I yours has to specify that I continuous to play by me what is more I did not receive any piece of news(short story) medals I am at present 916 there and naturally I think of finding my 11xx in the evening but thus my 300 medals lost I sits(bases) me above?

OK well now my crowns are over 26,000. I know it said there would be some compensation but that is so many more than I had (1,200 or so) it must be another error. Posting this may seem dumb, but if I didn't report it I'd feel like I was ripping off people who spent real money for them.

Although it was missing crowns, not receiving negative crowns, I thought I should still post it here - after all, missing crowns is missing crowns, I could not sit there watching my newly bought crowns taken. My game id is 4230708, and below is the ticket (57323) I submitted, which described the incident pretty well:

Around 8:56am, EDT, May2, 2015, I bought 2500 crowns($19.99 option in game) and thought to use them later. Before I left I remember the amount of crowns was over 2700, near 2800. But some hours later when I came back I saw the crowns became 285, as if the purchase was rolled back. At the beginning I thought it was some simple errors and submitted one in-game ticket about this. But then I noticed that this was a little part of the whole game issue. As I saw you were trying to resolve it, I just did not submit more tickets. HOWEVER, just some moments ago I logged in, found the crowns was NOT back, while the officials declared the issue was resolved. I thought I had to something to remind you that there were not only people suffering losing crowns by receiving a negative crown balance; there were people, at least I, and some others in the comments, suffering losing (newly-bought) crowns by finding their purchase vaporized, while no actions were done for these missing crowns. I had already sent another in-game ticket for this unsolved issue, and hope you could give me some proper help. I had to say that if this one was not able to be resolved, I would not dare to put money into your games again. Thank you.

Hi, still have problem with negative amount . This is post #3. Cannot play and cannot defend in full power. Loosing the games. Now -14000. But supposed to be + 14000. If not helping will request dispute with credit card. Sorry but don't have any other way. Thanks.

Player ID - 2118663. Lost of medals and crowns, being attacked all day yesterday and today but nothing in history and losing resources all the time and this was after the maintenance that fixed it. Can you please fix, thanks

I've sent 2-3 emails today in-game, posted a thread and now this message. I still haven't had my -23000 crowns turned positive. Would appreciate some help.

3701315 I am missing about 1100 crowns.... I just bought starter pack yesterday.... please fix this asap How do you allow this kind of error. ..... I now have minus 181..... fix this
