The sale is different for everyone. Your cost and numbers will vary. The only constant should be that you get 50% more crowns from your purchase than you would for the same number of $ in the store. But which level is offered seems to depend on your purchase history.

I'm having a problem where the sale will only be visible on a fresh install of the game, as soon as I reload the game it will be gone. I assume it's the same for me with all crown sales as I haven't had any since Cold War Age was released.
TinSoldier is this a known issue?
