2 Generals attacking same time

is there such a feature or is this some hack cheat?
I was attacked by 2 generals at once both riding tanks

Surely your Base Attacked By two Max Level Generals and they taking down your city ....

2 is normal, you'll unlock that in the library under leadership.

More than 2 is where cheating comes in the picture...

It was a feature .... hehe, it was pain to attacked by 2 Level 30 generals, lol.
