War broken for a week now

Since our last war finished (victory), we have not been able to reenter the war screen. Cant review the results, cant start a new one.

I hope you opened a ticket a week ago with CS. It apparently happens to a few alliances each year around this time. It took over a month for them to work out my alliance war issue when it happened to us.

It can also be a soft ban for world war participation because of one member who cheated during the war. Consider this as well.

Haven't had any indication of cheating. Would we be told if that was an issue? Yes, we have a ticket in. War broken for two weeks now and it's been awhile since they've responded to that. I've been playing almost since the game launched and this is the first time I've experienced anything like this.

Broken for three weeks now. We do two wars a week, so we've missed six so far. Multiple tickets submitted. Been awhile since we're heard anything from support.

Well, we've hit the one month milestone, and war is still broken for our alliance. It's been over three weeks since we've even heard anything from support.

Still broken, 33 days now. Got a reply on the customer service chat thing noting that we havent done a war since August. asking if it was still broken and saying that they would be awaiting an update from us. Mind you, I've been posting updates weekly. I'm now switching to daily. Maybe I'll go to every few hours. I do have to wonder whether or not they are seeing/reading our updates though. Their most recent posting did not seem to indicate that they are...

and on day 42... FIXED! hurray! Looking forward to using my new general (Zhukov) for the first time (he's now level 23).

and we're back in the war business... our welcome back put us in at 500 pt underdogs, which did not go well, but at least we're back and making progress.
