War alliance troop capacity is reduced by 3 space

Last war and this one, our alliance donated troop capacity is reduced by 3.
I can have 46, currently can only be donated 43.

The same here, for two wars in a row!

Same bug in our alliance... everyone has 3 troop space less.... only in troops donated for defending war bases. . . no problem with regular request troops from chat menu.... not problem with donated troop tactics capacity
