Video issues on IOS

I know this has been mentioned elsewhere but is not shown inknown game issues. When playing videos there is only a blank screen but the sound continues on a loop. Can be fixed by reloading but is extremely annoying. CS don’t seem interested. Is this receiving attention?

My reboot doesn't fix anything, if that's what you mean. As well as reinstalling the game and other tambourines and shit.. IPad Air2.

For me, videos work fine on my iOS iPhone 7, but on iOS iPad 5 they need be rebooted every time

Its not just IOS now on android is saying unable to retrieve video at this time

The ‘unable to retrieve’ is a year old and remains unfixed, this is new.
Ads will play but with a black screen and by end cannot press a button to advance. As soon as you see a black screen you know you must close game and restart it. Tough when this happens many times in a row.

I fixed the video replay issue on my iPad by turning off all of the analytical options within the privacy settings, except the 1st one in pic.

Yes, enabling the "Share iPad Analytics" feature helps! By default, this is disabled.
BHG, is a hint to you too for finding a solution.

This is horrible solution and I strongly urge everyone not to do it. We're suppose to get in-game swag for watching videos, not for giving up our rights to privacy.
TinSoldier this is something BHG should address with advertisers. We're trading our time for watching these ads, not for tracking what we do on our devices.

I moved my account to a newer Android device, and now I can't get video's either. The older android device for this same account retrieves videos just fine. I asked CS a few times, they keep referring me to the video advertising vendor, since it works on my other device and ONLY started when I moved to new device that seems unlikely to be the issue. I have cleared cache, data, and then fully uninstall/reinstall. Nothing works.

I tried your fix but unfortunately no luck here. Also tried various combinations of opting in and out of the analytics options but also same.

Nop..the iOS share iPad analytics enabling does not work..still black screen instead of video playing...

also..the video plays in a small reduced window, and not full screen anymore..another bug

After a black screen and reboot of the app..it says..no video to train ...I have this message a lot lately. could this be the reason for the videos not playing?

Black screen to on new ipad. Plus i get trown out of the game almost every time i attaque. This started this evening., losing all my planes and troops.

Please provide a delivery schedule when this bug is fixed. thanks. This is really an annoying bug and it hurst our gameplay.

Black screen on ipad with the travelling merchant to. No more worldwars anymore as we are trown out of the game almost every attaque. Video’s don’t work anymore. We lose all troops and planes. MAybe its time to do something about it. The only thing that works is spending money. Ofcourse that has stopped for months now in our 5 year old alliance. Kind regards, Emile.

sponge yes your quite right, forgot to mention that I do reset the defaults when not in the game.
Also should have mentioned that the guys who we are directed to by BHG for videos were zero help.
Also not right that BHG disown any responsibility for videos even though it’s embedded in and a big part of THEIR game!

I have to reboot on the iPad every time I watch a video. On my iPhone about every 2nd video I have to reboot... sometimes I just DON’t watch them bc of the issues, that’s Nexon’s loss
