Vault issues after 6.2 update

I just lost 4,000 oil. After updating, my Vault capacity went from 12,000 down to 8,000. I don't remember what Level my Vault was at, it is now Level 3.

Nearly everytime Nexon roll out an update, they will create some new bugs.
I just wonder why cant you do a regression test before rolling out an update(or even worse if you already did)? Even small IT company wont keep making this kind of mistakes.

Never can remember an update without any bug !
This is what always we should expect from every update!

It was the biggest Nexon mistake that allowed an company like BHG develop the game!

BHG, whats the fix for ? downgrading all the Vaults ? or removing "Vault capacity" from Moctezuma researches and also removing "savings" researches at Library ?
we expect anything from you !

Me too ...looks like building level went down to 6. I too received 12600 and it is now 8400. It is not a visual bug!

The best part is, that they didn't do anything with vault in this update so why this bug in vault now?
Either they have messy developers that don't know which part of the code they are doing or they have some saboteur in their team

Yes same problem. Had a level 4 vault with 12000 oil and now have a level 2 vault with 8000 oil.

We are beginning to bring the fix to a small number of accounts, before the widespread release.

If you have already removed resources from your Vault, please contact Customer Service. If not, please hold tight - we should have all the keys to the Vault shortly!

guys, errors happen, they are fixing it and reimbursting your loss. so stay tight, aditional whining will not make it faster.

btw. my guess is they fucked up % calculation. so many devs have problems with it

Thx for fixing this minor error not even affecting anyones gameplay at all.

Such a shame some players start writing nonsense as if the end of the world is near and the biggest mistake in history of mankind was made.

Relax, if an error occures, just notify CS in a polite way and let them fix it.

Same. I had 7,200 oil capacity (6,000 + 20% for university) and
now its back to 6,000.

They are supposedly working on a fix and call it a visual bug. This is complete BS because everyone I know only got 8000 out when it should be 12600. They also report they can only put 8000 in.

In effect 6.2 has completely wiped out Montezuma research for vault capacity because it also affects food/gold capacity.

BHG royally screwed up and they know it and I doubt they care.

Dude, you need to relax a bit. Bugs happen when implementing new things. In everything that is IT.

Hopefully they’ll fix it.

This bug should never have happened. It's something that could've been avoided with proper regression testing. 6.2 was updating the university so a regression test on it should've been performed.

It's a direct result of Nexon lay offs to their dev team, particularly their QA department. I'm not the only player that feels this way.

Some in my alliance see the issue fixed, but I'm still only able to put 8k back in. I'm still missing 4200 oil that was robbed.

That is because your vault is below level 3. There fix was to add oil capacity to the vault at level 3, and then apply the moctezuma bonus to that. So if your vault, like mine, is still level 1, 70% of nothing is still nothing. Quovatis

Not happy - my Vault went from 9000 to 6000 - i purchased over $500 worth of crowns over a year and used a lot to get the vault oil level up there and the % extra every 24 hours _ extremely dissappointed with BHG dominations - i am thinking it is becoming another Mobile Strike like game, where they make it harder and harder unless you pay - such a shame as it was a relly good game
