Training troops while upgrading barracks

I went to war screen and start training.

Im pretty sure that's not a bug but intended for war

Are you asking a question or making a statement about something? If you where training troops when you started the upgrade they will keep training until finished. But new troops can be added in that one until the upgrade is finished, unless there is a bug

No, if your first Barrack are upgrading, you can train troops in war screen. See my red bar are training troops
