Server OOS Code = 501 Errors

Ok, this bug is getting quite frustrating because I'm spending money to find a battle, start the battle, then the game crashes with this server error. I just (yet again) wasted 2000+ gold to find a battle only to have it crash moments into that battle. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, ALL THE SOLDIERS I DEPLOYED FOR BATTLE JUST DISSAPPEARED INTO CYBERSPACE. So not only does it cost gold, but time and food to rebuild my entire army AND the loss of my blessings I had that are only good for 1 battle, which means I ALSO LOSE the METAL and LEATHER required to purchase those blessings.

Yup this error is still occuring from time to time.
I did send a report to support from within the game (I also included links to my posts in this forum), however, their response was rather curt and didn't address these issues (and somewhat cavalier in pointing out the game is "free to download and play", which isn't really the case when I'm spending money on crowns to get the items required for mercs, blessings, and tactics and speeding up the training etc). I just lost my entire army yet again after destroying a base with only a few buildings left because I was booted. I realize you are working on this, but and I trust there will be some sort of "easter eggs" available to current users who have lost real money in the interim (or reduce the cost of crowns, or daily specials while us beta testers are losing money). I realize it's not realistic to release a fix each week for each bug, but when it comes to bugs that cost real money like this one, a quick fix seems the prudent move, IMO. Sorry this is all one paragraph, but that is an issue with these forums and the iPad air2. End rant :/

I also experienced this error today near the start of an attack. I lost my whole army and 15 medals. Then when the game attempted to reload...I got that message that I was under seige. It was a good 10 minutes before I could log on again. And yes, I was attacked. Total loss was 22 medals from one crash. It would take me at least 2 hours to save up the resources to rebuild my army, not to mention the time to train troops. To recover 22 medals, I would have to win about 10 battles, as I am a high medal player and victories result in 1 or 2 medals. All up this one crash has set me back about one week. This is probably a sign that I need to move on to a different game. JesseNexon, I have filed reports over several weeks, and nothing is ever resolved. It's very frustrating.
Oh Oh when this bug gonna be fixed? Since I start playing this game, I have never ever able to challenge someone or used the multiplayer option... I am now in gunpowder age for a week of three? (Just bought starter) You can imagine how long has must been since I started to play 
but but but I do have some medals (like +50?) those were earned as defender lvml. Well, if you cannot attack you just focus on defense and hope someone drop by for some medals haha
