I am getting fed up with CS throwing out REPLAY BUG as the be all and end all of all problems
The cut and paste answers i get back from them is so obvious that they have not even read the issue i have raised. It just seems to me they had a board meeting one day and someone asked what can they do when they come in with a hangover and just cant be bothered!! and someone came up with "REPLAY BUG" as the go to answer.
i can watch 50 attacks and all of them are acceptable replays but dare i annoy them when they have had 1 to many appletinis, its as if they have a macro key set up TAP TAP TAP that just spews out REPLAY BUG, REPLAY BUG, REPLAY BUG, to all issues
ie on a recent report i gave shows someone sending 5 bombers at me i killed one on the way in and the rest STOLE (yes stole as it was a cheater) 4k oil bet you cant guess what response i got ?? yup REPLAY BUG and that what the report says is not true!!!
on another they sent 90 troops at me. I kicked rear end all over the place and the replay said zero stars for them with minimal resources won but report said 5 star win for them for them, again they said REPLAY BUG even though they never triggered a single trap and even if it was just a replay bug they would still have triggered traps to get 5 star win how do i know they didnt ?? because i didnt have to re-arm them.
so which is it are the replays incorrect or are the reports incorrect?? either way there is a big issue here which you have failed to address (for reason see below) and with people spending actual money this should be at the front of any defect rectification report
Its as if they do not want to actually deal with issues and they are genuinely just laughing at us going KARCHING$ KARCHING$ every time someone buys crowns, I can just imagine a big red flashing light going off with a sound of coins dropping and everyone in the office jumps up and shouts KARCHING when a crown purchase happens or they are just sticking their head in the sand (which would answer a lot of programming issues in its self anyway) and reach for that afore mentioned macro key.
And on a side note STOP CLOSING TICKETS AFTER ONLY ONE RESPONSE i keep having to open a new one when you have not dealt correctly with the first one.
You would think as a company (NEXON) after getting fined for deceitful practices you would now be trying to do everything correctly
