A failed YAGA (yet another genious attempt) attempt at extracting money I suppose... I purchased it 3 times or so until the amounts of unclosed bugs and stupid rebalancing (after making us lose worker days on other stuffs) pissed me off.

I don't know, but maybe people had purchased more than they should? IDR82,000** for 1,200 crowns in 5 days were way damn cheap (for me) Regular 600 crowns are IDR75,000.
And they offered it for the whole month! I was gonna purchase it several days ago but it was gone already after last update.
