Could this game add new university leader that come from country that hasn't had any university leader before ?
such as from india, japan or south america.
1. to commemorate covid19 and give respect to frontline medical worker this leader is a doctor / medical profesional
2. it will improve duration of heal tactics - 3% each - 10 total research points
3. also add healing power and HP of supply truck and tactical helicopter
i think about 70 total research points :
a. increase healing power of supply truck (3% - total : 10 research points)
b. increase healing power of tactical helicopter (3% - total : 10 research points)
c. increase HP of supply truck (5% - total : 10 research points)
d. increase HP of tactical helicopter (5% - total : 10 research points)
e. increase healing power of angkor wat (3% - total : 10 research points)
f. increase duration of heal tactic (3% - total : 10 research points)
g. increase HP of angkor wat (5% - total : 10 research points)
h. capstone -
the capstone will be a new defensive building = hospital
this hospital will spawn supply truck if there is any enemy troops nearby
so the supply truck will heal defender
supply truck level similar with the armory supply truck reserach
