Marco's Legendary Artifacts For Crowns Error

Greetings Leaders,

Last week there was a mistake in exchange for Legendary Artifacts. For a brief moment, they could be purchased for Crowns instead of the usual Legendary Tokens. Unfortunately, this was not intentional and we’ll have to remove purchases for Gemini 8 Gloves and Demarcation Stone made with Crowns. However, we’ll be refunding crowns for those purchases whether you bought one or both of those Legendary Artifacts along with additional compensation for the inconvenience. If you are currently in a World War and had purchased those artifacts with crowns and are using them the effects will remain until the war is over despite it being removed. Compensation will be available until 10/18.

What about the people that wanted to buy a Gemini glove with tokens but did not because they bought it with crowns due to your error? @Harlems369th

Is it right to make them wait an undefined time to purchase it again due to something that is not their fault?

If I remember right, the gloves were put back up on sale for tokens within a day or two of them yanking the crown sale. So you should have received a refund of the crowns you spent and then still had time to buy it again with tokens as you were intending.

Did this actually happen to you, or are you speculating on inconveniences that you don't know actually happened to anyone?

I paid tokens the first day 10/3 at or around 2pm est time I had 380 tokens I now have 84 after gaining 4 from the event and videos of you take my glove you better delete my entire account too because I will your compensation would be saving me the time to log in and delete

Dude, they didn’t announce this until after the glove was no longer for sale. Stop commenting on stuff that you apparently know nothing about. You are doing so all over the forum

I didnt get the artefact for 300 crowns, but very well said, to fix a major bug takes weeks, but to roll back a mistake they made (that makes them lose money) it takes 2-3 days. Lol really bunch of clowns

Canceling the purchases is the dumbest idea BHG has had in a very long time. It does not contribute to fairness and destroys all confidence in the game.
The 1000 crowns offered doesn't even come close to the value of the artifact, the blueprints used, the oil used.
Removing it without notice is another insolence. I'm glad you remembered to keep the bonus in the active war day. What if you removed the artifact an hour before the day of battle and the player starts with a partially empty museum?

How much time have you wasted on rolling back the purchases? While the login issues and spinning circles have existed for over a month with no solution? Wouldn't it make sense to apply the manpower to the serious problems first?

This is exactly right…I did buy Gemini Gloves for 300 crowns. I assumed this was just a rare good deal - A BHG mistake? Never!

I bought it, fought multiplayer battles and crunched the museum for a couple of hours - raised the resources and fully upgraded it. Not only that, I dumped and sold a couple of other defensive legendaries to make room for it…1,000 crowns does not compensate for that. My defence is now completely underpowered and as a level 375 drone age active WW player, that is soul destroying.

if you made a mistake in the player’s favour then you should honour it…why is it the players must pay the price continually for BHG’s mistakes?

I used all of my crowns with the reroll event, so when this deal came up I purchased crowns to buy the Gemini Glove and then we all know what happened. I requested them to refund me my money and take back their crowns as I would not have purchased this if it was not for their mistake, and they do not want to do it. Surely they should be able to assist me.

On 24 July 2021 they made the mistake with giving out Tizona sword for watching a video, and they accepted their mistake. What made this time different? Atleast some crowns were spent, and some real cash for players like me that did not have crowns

The diference is that tizona is a shit artefact and the glove a top one...

True, but still a mixed artifact. And it gives the same amount of supplies when sold, so the only guys that scored was the players that had better, upgraded it and sold it

I'M WAITING 60 DAYS FOR DELETING MY ACCOUNT AND WANT TO DELETE 5 YEARS OF PLAYING THIS STUPIDITY FROM MY MEMORY.

You should understand yourself that a Legendary for some crowns is a mistake in this game. For the accounts changing, your protest is in vain. Accounts is in this game are like the public toilet. You are in and others too, and you are in for a limited period .

With all the current bugs it would not have been far fetched to think that it might have been on purpose to sell some stuff for crowns to apologize. The mistake was not solved, because some players still benefited by selling the artifacts. And they should still give the option for a refund if you purchased crowns to buy these artifacts.
