A friend has several accounts and he "self-donates troops", only in one account would he not be receiving his troops.The donated troops are disappearing.
This is so annoying, got a spearhead RPG from the alliance member, but of course I was searching for battle and quess what? Correct didn't get it.During search for battle I've been donated Friuli infantry, even had pop up with information about it, and when I left searching battle, troops just didn't appear, but still game indicates 4/31 are donated.

The team is having a hard time reproducing this long-standing issue and currently doesn't have an ETA for a fix. We could use some help in getting to the crux of the issue. Many of you have shared steps, or instances of this happening with our CS Team, it would also help in this case to share the steps that you took to run into this issue if you can recall them, even better to share a video of the issue.
Be sure to leave as much detail as possible:
- Device
- AOS/iOS firmware that device is running
- units being donated
- age you're donating from or even requesting from
- Alliance Perk Level

My exact experience I had over this weekend into today and my exact thoughts right now. I was hoping to catch a moderator that will actually READ the data provided instead of just saying 3 separate times "you have your troops in your town center. Regards"I am getting really fed up with BHG. I have the troop donation bug. I have provided them all the data they have requested multiple times, including who donated what and when. I provided them additional data today where I got a few troops from some donors but no troops from another donor. my request disappeared in chat and it shows only partially filled. The Einstein from BHG that responded to my ticket had the audacity to say that I got the troops. I NEVER DID AND MY TC STILL LACKS THESE TROOPS. I don’t see the point in trying to helping anymore with tickets.. I’m only posting this here in the off chance someone else who is capable will look into this Instead of sweep it under the rug and claim the ticket is closed.

I understand the complete frustration with this issue; but please continue reporting with each encounter of your Alliance donation request disappearing. The more reports the better, even if you've already reported the issue please do so again.Hopefully bringing this thread back to the top to help the devs figure out what is going on. Recently, an alliance member was told that this isnt happening via in game customer support. I wrote them there and am bringing it back up here as well to try and help them out.
What I have found that triggers this glitch is any time that you "disconnect" from chat when you have an active alliance troop request out. This seems to be the general consensus around our entire alliance as well. What I mean by disconnect from chat is anything that takes you away from being able to immediately post in the in game chat. Here is a list of times that I have experienced the troop request glitch:
Watch ANY kind of replay (war, your own, another alliance member)
Watch any advertisement video
Scout a war base
Engage in at attack on a war base
Leave the game, even if its only momentary i.e. you pressed the home button on your phone to change your music etc
Search for a multiplayer battle
Go to the offer wall
Go to the customer service tab
It's to the point now that when I request troops I'll either put my phone down with the game open or just play around looking at troop upgrades etc until I get the troops. Like stated above, there was an update that fixed this but then it came back again. I cannot remember when that was. Hopefully this helps them fix it again.
The issue for us is customer support isn't even listening to what is being stated. And with the response times being between 12-24 hours of course we will stay logged in until we get our troops so that way we can use them for wars.I understand the complete frustration with this issue; but please continue reporting with each encounter of your Alliance donation request disappearing.
