• Ending Support for AOS6
    As highlighted in our 12.10 Update notes, we will be ending support for AOS6 with the release of the 12.11 Update due to technical requirements. Those on AOS6 will need to upgrade to a device that supports AOS7 or above to continue playing DomiNations.

Game black screen crash after opening

I've been playing for a few days now and everything has been fine. I played this morning and closed the game. When I came to reopen it, it now shows the first nexon logo, and then black screens and crashes. I'm wondering if I delete the game to reinstall, if I will lose all of my progress as I haven't linked my account. Really hope there's a way for me to rescue the days and days of gameplay I've put in!!

Hey - Thanks for reporting. The best way to contact us for further investigation on your specific account is to contact Support.

1. Submit a Customer Support ticket HERE -- include your Player ID, screenshots, time/date of occurrence, and anything else that might be pertinent 2. Submit an in-game support email by tapping Settings > Customer Service

Yea I submitted a report. My number is 17560. Submitted this morning and still haven't heard back yet. Really want this issue sorted and I'm nervous about deleting and reinstalling as I don't want to lose my progress!

No problem. I just want to save my progress! Could you possibly clarify? I really need to know if I try to uninstall and redownload it whether I can load my previous progress or will it be gone forever? I'm waiting on customer support to get back to me to let me know whether I can safely try to reload the game or not. I'd hate to do it and lose everything, then them say they could fix it if I'd left it! Thanks for your replies!

Ok, so I had read on other posts how unhelpful the mods are on this page and in my case it really shows. I waited for customer support to get back to me and as yet have still heard nothing. So this morning I decided, screw it.. I'll reload my game and suffer consequences if I lose everything. Well I didn't. My progress was all still there! I'm assuming it was saved and restored from Game Center. Either way my whole issue could have been solved by one message from the mods or support telling me this was so. I'd suggest rather than just copy/pasting a general 'submit a ticket' message, that the mods actually read the issue first and perhaps try to answer any questions asked!? Is that such a radical idea?!

!!Game loading issues? Reinstall the game and you won't lose progress!!

So I just had an issue of my game black screening and exiting before even loading up! I was worried that if I uninstalled and reinstalled my game that I would lose my progress. Well I asked support and the mods and then waited and waited for a response, and got none. So I just risked it, reinstalled the game and didn't lose any progress!! Just to be clear, I haven't linked to Facebook or anything, but I had been connected to Game Center which may be why it remembered my progress! I'm not sure though, as I still haven't heard anything from support, or anything helpful from mods! I just thought I'd put this here for anyone else experiencing issues and worrying about losing their progress. Whatever you do, don't ask the mods or support and hold your breath.. You'll die waiting! I just hope the community steps up and fills the gaps where the mods and support seem to be lacking.

What sucks even more, is the mods have merged my two posts. I kept them separate for a reason! I wanted it CLEARLY stated on here that you can delete and reinstall the game and as long as you've previously connected to Game Center, you wont lose your progress!!! This information is helpful for people other than those just experiencing black screen crashes, which is why I wanted it separate from the post titled 'black screen'!! I find it laughable that you guys have the time to unecessarily merge two threads I tried to keep separate, yet you could not answer my simple question yesterday!! I still haven't even heard back from support or anything, when a simple, 'you won't lose progress if you've logged onto Game Center' would have done, and I wouldn't have waited a day for a reply that never came! Again, taking a minute to read the threads, and try to answer any questions or issues addressed, rather than just copy/pasting a generic response and diverting everyone to support tickets, and you guys might not have so many disgruntled players on the forum complaining about the services you provide, or rather don't!
