Enigma time reduction bug

If PvP issue War/Matchmaking: -

Description of issue: Enigma maschine displayed in the museum does not decrease university and library research time.

Frequency of issue: Always

Additional information: Does not depend what level of reduction your Enigma is. Just no reduction at all.

I've reported the issue to the customer support from insude the game "contact us"
Their answer was something like "we are sorry".
I understand that there are always bugs in the software, but this one is easy to reproduce and thus' I hope' to fix.please give some date when this will be fixed

I spent over 200 dollars just to get the enigma machine just for this purpose and can even use it

Can you update, please, if the Enigma bug is fixed and the reduction time will work after the next update ?
