Communications relay or Obstruction transmitter for Arty?

What’s the thought on which is a better option for Arty When combined with the Range finder?

For me, the best option is combining range finder with communications relay, it makes your artillery +1 range and fire faster.
Later, on information age, you'll get access to the obstruction transmitter and you'll then be able to test which munition combination is the best.

I’m info age now. I’ve put some L10 transmitters out, just wondering if there was a consensus opinion.

I don't know it, I'm still space age. I've read in another post that faster firing is the best option but communications relay just offers 6% attack speed and 14% damage, besides obstruction transmitter offers 28% damage.
If you have all these munitions available, just test which would had the highest DPS.
