Clearing Forest bug/error

My player ID is 647977

I've checked the wiki said that clearing forest cell 25 is 400k Gold. I have researched in the library Exploration chapter 1 (refund 10% clearing forest), I noticed the price had been reduced correctly before patch; then after patch I see that the price goes back to 400k (not 360k) but I re-checked again in the library, I still have those chapter 1 learnt.

Please fix this bug before I clear the forest...

Refund = you get an amount of gold back after clearing the forest instead of a reduced upfront cost.
