Can't build alliance gate, no name, and cant join a league

im all the way in the enlightenment age and never even realized these issues until i realized there had to be a reason I couldn't join an alliance or league. Something is busted up and I need help fixing it please. I am aon an Android system, and it's kind of annoying that I am having these game killing issues.

Christ, I have asked through help through 4 different channels of post and emails and not one dev has responded to me yet and it's been 5 days. Just what the hell kind of garbage support is this?
