Building, Library & Uni Alliance Speedups

Has anyone unlocked Library (or even Uni) Alliance speedups yet? Can you confirm whether each alliance member can request a Building Alliance speedup & a Library & a Uni speedup each day, or is it one Alliance speedup request each day & you've got to pick whether you want Building, Library or Uni to be sped up.

Yes, our alliance unlocked the building speed up. If you want to request for Speed up request, just click on the speed up. On top of the speed up screen, you'll see an option to request for the speed up. Based of the researches, you can request for 5, 10, 15 or 20 mins more.

Note: You can do speed up request only one time per day.

We have unlocked both building and library speedups and we are each able to request both types in the same day. This makes sense because the final level of each perk is to cut the cooldown in half (down to 12 hrs), and if they were all on the same timer there would be no point in investing in that three different times. Thus it looks like members of an alliance with all three perks at level 10 will be able to make 6 speedup requests in a 24 hour period, two of each type 12 hours apart.

Yes, you can speed up buildings, library and university. So max out 6 requests each day. Every 12h for buildings library and university. And the chat is completely down. You cannot communicate anymore. You only see full filled speed ups. But yes. It is like you said.

What is the max speedup that you can get? The cost of getting those perks seems incredibly high to win a 1 h speedup for an upgrade of 14 days? Is it really worth the investment?
