Considering that so far there's been a flip side for every boost are you sure you want random people having -50% heavy tank health or damage with absolutely no way to tell beforehand?

In fact, now that's it's been a few months, I've come to the conclusion that beyond the much-appreciated economic boosts all the museum seems to be doing is reinforcing this game's most obnoxious habit: Endless raider spam. Makes sense, only one upgrade to look out for that pops up often enough. Since it's far too expensive, risky, time-comsuming to do anything else. The once a day retrain is great and all but what we really need are artifacts that reduce training times on everything but raiders, especially airplanes.
