Mebbwebb maybe you're not aware, but in the Asian forums, they posted it would be released yesterday, but then updated it both yesterday and today that it is delayed further. Just asking for the same info on both forums. The Asian forums almost always gets more detailed and plentiful information than these.

Looks like they rolled ouy more of the patch prep day in our current war is only 23 hrs now. Guess we get 5.3 in small tiny portions rather then all at once. That way they don't have to release the 5.4 patch till July or August
