Alliance invites....

I started a new alliance, how can I invite members for the invite only setting?

Currently I don't believe there is a way to invite someone to the alliance The method of alliances in this game is very flawed. And to gain new members seems to be very difficult

I myself am having difficulty recruiting people because there is no direct way to talk to anybody playing the game.

I agree i think the alliance feature of the game is a bit underdeveloped. I hope soon it will be fixed
