Donating troops to World war bases

Donating troops is counting only as 1 per unit when we donate to world war bases, for example if you donate 3 howitzers is counting as 3 and not as 27 as normal
donations count..

I didnt notice this yet , last night I filled up my allies war basses and amount of donation was normal !
