Can't stop this annoying notification.

I recently deleted the app and reinstalled to start a new save because I didn't like the wonder I chose in combination with my civilization. And on my 5s (which I need to send back to Sprint for a rebate) is my old save and my iPhone 6 has my new save, but every time I switch to the app, it notifies me that there's another game on my GameCenter and persistently asks me to load it. I've deleted it numerous times from GC and the notification continues to pop up. How can I fix this?

Same thing happened to me. Got a "new" phone, new Gmail account, Factory reset it but as soon as I'm in the game Google Play asking me if I want to open an existing account. Very annoying.
I just don't understand how that happened.

Your gamecenter account is associated with your previous process. If you want to link a new game process you just need to create a new gamecenter (new apple id). Or google play depends on your platform.
