Burj Al Arab still doesn´t work

The Bug about the time reduction haven't been fixed, i read many post from years ago but still not fixed. Just tried on Factory (x2) & Airstrip, it show the time reduction before starting, but when it start it doesn´t work.

Yep. Wasted crowns to speed up the wonder only to find it doesn’t work. i ask for an exchange to Hermitage, was told by cs that they are aware of the problem but will not exchange. If they are aware of the problem they should at least grey out the Burj until the problem is fixed. End up wasting 5k crowns to swap Burj to Hermitage.

It's about 2 years of fixing one simple calculation -,-
Maybe BHG doesn't want to solve the problem at all, but wants to increase the purchase of the estate (same result in % terms, but it brings real money).

So my alt has this issue too. It shows 9% but when you start the building, it is with only 1% discount.
I request 12h speed ups compensation for every day from today that this issue persists.

A house placed near the end of the radius did not affect the Burj Al Arab.

Update 11.6 and Burj Al Arab still doesn't work. Will be fixed next time ... 2032

There is a similar conversation in the forum. I copy my post from there to here as follows:

It did not work me, but then I found the way. You need to know two things to make it work.
1) The system does not refresh the Burj el arab bonus after base layout switch automaticaly. But you can force it to do it by simply moving EACH house. Just keep them inside the circle. The relocation enforce the system to refresh the bonus. But you need to move each house.
2) Once the statistic is correct, You can start the shortened building upgrade. After this, You must stay in this layout! To enforce the system to save the shortened upgrade time, you may use a speed up on the building. It can be any short, i used 1 hour to see the result. After this You have to close the game. It may be not enough to switch application, you need to really close the game. After restarting the game I see the correct remaining time, even after switching or changing layout.

Because I want to drive faster. The car is fun to drive, but in the straight lanes You need to use the broomstick, to keep up…

Doesn't work on me (Android system?!). But you didn't mean new buildings, where it works correctly?? Didn't work on upgrades.

Sorry about it! I use IPhone. It works on upgrade. I did not try on new building.
