Awol leader problem help plz

Been playing 1 year our leader is awol never wars logs on an out every 2 weeks for 5 minutes. One of our members wrote to Nexon and got told it can't be council requesting has to be a co leader. Co leader wrote to Nexon and nexon said they will not do anything to help. I love this game spent about $100. Nexon also changed our glory from 16k to 12k. Not too happy or impressed with nexon atm. Any ideas/suggestions/insight would be greatly appreciated thanks

Ps were a newer crew we like war. I have 2 global bases and we have about 6 really strong WAR players in atomic global and industrial I'm pretty sure we could help almost any team if we all moved together we almost always win as favorites and we win as underdogs 1/4.

Crew was already a year old I think when I joined half a dozen of us have higher level bases than the leader too. Anyways I care about the guys I have been going to war with not the alliance so much. Me and our war #1 co leader have been basically running the team together. It sucks I do the battle plan every war nobody can make me co leader. I have to post any lineup change suggestions and one of 3 co leaders has to be on for us to search. We got really good at communication because of the Nexon roadblock.

​​My friend has quit the game for like a month or so. He is an alliance leader. I have talked to him to hand the alliance over to his trusted coleader but he didn't want to somehow. Now I have lost communication with him, his members are desperate for renewing the alliance. A coleader has written to CS, but it hasn't been responded yet.

Unfortunately if the leader is not reliable and is neglecting the alliance it might be time to create a new alliance. Its unfortunately but the only solution would be if the leader appointed a coleader to tend to the issues you need for the alliance and since it sounds like this isnt happening it might be time to move on and convince some of you good members to start a new alliance that would be more reliable. good luck

I have persuaded the members to join the alliance I created (they already knew it well) but I was told not to poach
I guess they still hope that there is a better resolution on this without requiring them to leave.
Which I think there really should be. It's an alliance created from the early days of DomiNations.

well i mean if there is not leadership then all it will become is dying alliance. If the others cant see that and why you are are doing what you are for the preservation of comradeship well unfortunately let em go down with the ship and just focus on your new created alliance to move forward with the new growth and fun. like the old saying bro cant lead a stubborn mule to water if he dont want to drink right? dont worry with a little determination you can make your new alliance even better.

Truth is, its his alliance and he can do whatever he wants. If you work in a company, where you like your fellow co-workers, but the owner of the company has bad management, should he give you ownership of that company because you are hardworking and you like your co-workers? Dont think so.

If you have good communication with your fellow members organize a move - either create your own alliance or join another. Its that simple. No need to deal with a leader you dont like

Actually my alliance has been having a lot of progress, it's level 9 now, thanks for caring
I care more about my friends in that leader-less alliance actually. It's probably better to get a leader deactivated after some period of being inactive.

Thanks for the info peeps we've been WAR & growing our bases (3 active co leaders and some council which is basically a useless position for guy running war crew it's basically ally with a title imo

We've been trying all kinds of stuff last 2 weeks trying to solve our problem no success

been thinking I have 2 bases any alliance want war crew? Were low age but we got half a dozen hitters we almost never loses as favorites n win 1/4 as underdogs were all pretty much used to hitting 1 age above our #1 atomic can 5 star CWA sometimes he doesn't get 5 starred too often either. We WAR every 3 days normally 1 day rest reload n build day after each war. We have a couple hitters in atomic global and industrial

well thats why before you give a title you watch how your members interact and parrot what ideas you have and the rules you have in running the alliance. I would give this process some time with each member you're considering for promotion before you rush into doing so. this insures that your officers will be the ones who share your vision of how the alliance is ran effectively. I mean personally i have have a rule in ours that works out that members must donate 200 troops lifetime to even join in on wars. I do this to ensure that that are team players and are willing to help others in their family to be successful in war. but this is just me. by the same token i also encourage my members to keep donating by offing on our webpage the incentive of a ranking system by the amount of lifetime donations with a title for a specific amount in lifetime donations. sure its just for a pride thing but still give incentives to members to be prideful of their efforts in the alliance. These are some ideas that are useful to motivate your members and keep em active. hope it helps

Our whole team is united war participation is near 100% im not a dev but if CO LEADER could promote someone else to CO LEADER PROBLEM SOLVED as they don't have that leader power it should be Jr or assistant leader cuz the settings are not "co" at all imo

honestly intelligently he should as a leader has a life outside of the game and needs to tend to that as well which is where a co leader comes in handy. playing devil's advocate though a little will say though from some experience that one should also be careful on who he chooses for this position as I even as a very good leader have of members I have promoted who just really had no ability to uphold the position too. it takes a little experience though as a good leader to levy that out and time to let your members develop to prove themselves within.

I mean nexon keeps talking about these dead alliance upgrades and their settings are a major contributing factor. Seems pretty obvious to me they docked our alliance 4k glory in the last update ive spent $100 on this game you try and sell me museum packages but you cant even make my museum not look like rubble and im gonna coin that? Please fix the settings nexon please it'll be good for the game and help u make $$$

Furthermore I'm not a leader don't wanna be a leader I'm a pure WAR DOG I'm just the most seasoned gamer on my team and know we gotta find a solution to this problem

see honestly being how i've been on the game since it was still in its infancy at 3 months old i remember when you didnt have to spend a bloody dime. i mean you still don't technically but sure have made a mess of being able to acquire enough diamonds to get enough mercs for war and dont even get me started on the war matchups. they need to do a lot of patching still. i like the idea of these new ages but still firmly believe there should be a level cap on being able to move up instead of just racing to the top. yeah yeah i know youre gunna have those that will ***** about being bored and hate grinding but to those who dont like strategy games go play mario bros because thats the key to the difference between being a amazing player and just a run of the mill one
