Alliance donations glitched

I'm not sure if there was any attempt to fix this glitch, but there is still an issue with receiving alliance troops if you're not online with the chat open, staring at your request. If you request and then you close chat or leave, whether you actually receive the troops or not is a coin toss, which is really frustrating when alliance members are training and donating big troops like heavy tanks.

On iOS everything is cool. Haven’t had any issues regarding this.

So far, only alliances who did the parliament allied forces research, at least 1/10, have the troop donation bug.

Many people in my alliance are having this issue. Thousands of troop donations have vanished over the past few weeks. Troops have been donated but never arrive on the other side. Some of my mates have spent crowns trying to re request in time for war attacks and still cant receive troops

same with our alliance, many have issues, though mine only started a few weeks ago. issues are platform independent, users on iOS and Android. like kz229 said, if you do anything besides stare at the home screen, forget about getting your donations.

is there any plan to fix it? definitely not right on iOS, it's platform independent and ultra annoying waste of resources, time, and crowns

There is a bug on Alliance donation on iOS. Whenever I request of troops and if it is not full like 25/30 then I go for battle on multiplayer, then I dropped all the troops I had including donated Alliance troops, after the battle I will request again for an Alliance troops donation its just coming 25/30. At that time
only 5 units of troops will be donated! Hope they will fix this issue.

Pretty sure it comes from the law "allied forces" at the parliament. Raise your hand if you have both the troop donation bug and part of that law done?

Leviathan there is no mention of that bug anywhere, are you looking into it? I asked customer service several times over the last few months, they only are so sorry to learn about it, every times..

I raised this issue with CS and in General discussion, didn't get any update from Nexon. I noticed the issue in both iOS and Android.

When this happens to me, I find that as the recipient, 90% of the time it has to do with my connection to the servers. If I did not receive troops and my request is gone, I will close the game out and reopen it. About 20 seconds after the base opens the troops normally show up.
