Why is this still happening BHG.

As I have reported to CS team repeatedly to no avail I will post in here again.

I get hit in war and this what I get told by BHG current broken report system that 30 fighter 3 recon hit my base plus bomber TT. The report says 3 stars the war screen show 4 stars. So basically no battle on this game is legit till you give report of everything that hits a base 100 % accurate. I have asked CS team to provide me a report to the sound of crickets so here is for all to see what typical hit my base gets

I have not seen that many planes before in a report. Thats just of the charts crazy.
I had one report with 6 transports attacking me as shown.
I totally agree this is one of the most annoying things in the the game that we have these retarded AI simulations of what happened, so we have no idea how our base layout works when we are attacked.

What is sad is no matter how many times this happens we still don’t get a true battle report. If they can track crowns I spend they can track what hits my base give us the full report or just keep inviting cheating and false reports of cheating. Sad almost 10 years they still crap happening with zero communication from staff or CS other copy and paste or showing any concern of the massive cheating happing

One of main reason people stop spending cause game is rigged if this still happening

Replays worked ok up to 2 years ago. It was after the barracks rebalance update that we started seeing weird behavior. I think one update broke the forest defenders spawn location (real battle vs replay) and from then on, everything was made worse. Anyway, this needs fixing asap. It is the only tool we have to get better, see what's going on, improve defence among other things

Well apparently they don’t care I reported and get same old cut paste we are aware of the issue . So basically y’all don’t care I been reporting this for years. The game maker can’t produce a report that is 100 % accurate trust I have asked multiple CS rep so basically here is my opinion.

Cheating does win at BHG and LTG games they don’t give a crap about anything but collecting money. So why even have a pretend CS team.

Prove me wrong give us the report not tied to AI that is accurate and shows everything till this happens don’t claim to care about cheating and no more update or additional money maker for BHG should happen till this report is added to every battle.

Never again will I bother with CS team they are worthless I am sick of excuse and lies.

Is it too much to hope that there's no response because they're all too busy getting the game in order - and a big huge announcement of the sort will be made soon??!
I would forgive every issue in the last 3-4yrs if that were the case.

That my brother is very big wish lol I don’t get why something as fundamental complete list of what was used in battle has been inaccurately reported and not complete for years . This cast a doubt on any war hit weather or not it was legit. Makes people think mass cheating is occurring. Just to make money from FSH sales lol cause we all know when they started FSH is when it broke the AI system

Well I see still crickets from Staff which really shows they must be ashamed of themselves or something. If I was proud of the product I put forth I would be in here figuring what is wrong with it instead the staff of BHG stand silently by while players get frustrated and quit.

If you staff member above CS and Chat mods you should give your check back to the company you have not earned it.

We have been reporting this issue for years how about explaining to us why we can’t know 100% what hit our bases.

I may not be able to force you to come forth and explain what is being done and when a fix will come out. What I can do is stop supporting your incompetence and poor customer relations by putting away my wallet when it comes to your game.

Sad part is all I want is to know what hit my base 100% of the time with 100% accuracy so I know who actually won the battle. This is fundamental to a war game knowing who actually won. I am tired of guessing if they legit beat my defenses.

Yet another attack it just the AI trust the war screen is what I get told yet they only got 4 star in replay as shown below but on war screen they get 5 star.

This is why I say no battle on this game is legit. Reporting is useless.

I now suggest that every time players get a Troop Lost reports like I have shown multiple times that player receives 1500 CROWNS since BHG has not shown us they can fix this. No battle is a legit victory till this is fixed

Reported to CS yet again still same response. So CS can tell me no cheating occurred well show me proof that no cheating occurred. A loyal player of over 9 years I would think a simple request of proof ie a battle report that shows everything that hit my base should be provide esp by Customer Service only reason not to provide this is that BHG has zero clue what hit a base during war hits that is why cheating is rampant.

Again I think I have reported this enough to CS for years so now yet I again I think players should be compensated everytime we occur this error a fair compensation would be 1500 crowns and might make them fix it

I admire your tenacity. Keep going til they fix it or someone complains that you're annoying them - like my posts about the heli range that's screwed up and BHGs unwillingness to fix it - an issue they're fully aware of.

Well yet again I reported and got told everything is legit. Yet I keep asking for proof and that has never been provided.

If BHG can not provide proof a war hit is legit then how can players trust that a war hit is legit.

This needs fix. I have done the right steps by reporting for years about this and yet still no proof and no fix. Time for compensation for players till this bug is fixed.

Agree the heli range issue needs fixed. As for not given up I get reminder every war lol

Update:
4th war in row got crazy number of air slots on troop lost report. Till we get report 100% accurate No War is legit and No War hit is legit. This is war game that can not provide proof any hit is legit. Players should be paid 1500 crowns everytime this error occurs and take it out of them teams check that is in charge of this.


Finally got strait answer they can’t provide proof what hit your base cause they don’t have it. Finally a straight answer from a CS. This should take priority over everything. Nobody trust the current system and there is no proof,

I am not calling you a cheater I am calling for proof so nobody gets falsely accused of a cheating.

See the problem not only effects defenders but call into question all war battles.

I do appreciate ya call me names for calling out game makers. You have a great muse and are great player. This is directed at BHG. Sorry to have offended you it is the replay systems and no proof I am complaining about.

If you look the thread it is not just your replay and report that was wrong.

I know if I am Offense Player I want folks to know I won without any doubt and providing proof of everything that is used in battle will put a end to any question.

Only reason your report was used cause BHG system showed it incorrectly. 4 stars on report and 5 stars on War Map. ( Seems to me your anger should be placed on BHG for not showing your hard fought battle in true form with proof to leave no question if it’s legit or not)

Ps:
If you simulate games or season on Madden are they right ? If they are I am running to betting window lol Simulators are not actual battle and provide zero proof what was used in battle.
