Why is AI of troops behavior becoming increasingly scarce?

The one thing I don’t like is the AI doesn’t seem to focus on generals at time. When I use AR tactic to reset them. They’ll still not focus on Zhukov and he’s practically 5 tiles away from them.

Did anyone notice that it's impossible to aim fighters at tactical helicopter TTs spawning from the stronghold? They've messed up several attacks a while back.

Hmm I don’t use tactical helo so I can’t say I know of this issue.
