Why’s this game crashed for so long. Says error login

This game been down so long now? Longest ever I seen now, I hope get crowns back for this! It’s got so much extra added onto this game, it needs to fix what is already needing to be fixed instead of adding onto this game. This game I play the most because it’s got the best battles where can battle time after time. And is there any other games good as this one let me know I’d try it. No not clash of clans. Anybody else stuck not able to login?

I have the same problem on one base—an error appears immediately upon entering the game. It's impossible to play. However, everything works fine on several others.

Reinstalling the game and clearing the cache don't help.

I contacted tech support a few hours ago, but they still haven't responded.

Many bases have the same problem, as evidenced by the mass complaints in messenger chats.

@Harlems369th , is there any information about the cause of the problem and the timeframe for its resolution?

I guess the network error occurs because the servers send an incorrect response.

Get ping is a common construct used to test whether internet connection exists. Normally, you would expect status 200 - ok to be returned. However, this is not the case here; as a result, we get the network error right at the start and the application doesn't even try to execute the actual traffic anymore.

So far, the servers do not appear to have been fixed yet.

It's been a week now and the servers are still constantly responding with error 503 to my android devices.

Are there any plans to fix this?
