When will enough be ENOUGH?

My son had been playing the game since May and he started me on it. It seemed like it was a lot more fun to raid (which is what the game encouraged) before this past update they did recently. On FaceBook and virtually every forum site such as this one people seem to be very frustrated with the condition of the game and from everything I've seen, whoever is in charge of this is treating the complaints largely as trolls. Me and my son both got out $$ back from the PlayStore today, but with the hacking, poor/condescending customer service, bugs, crashes..etc..what would it take for you guys to delete the game and give up. Or are you sticking in it for the long haul? I am still playing, but my son has deleted it from his phone.

This game is less than a year old. I understand the bugs/cheaters.
if you look at games like clash of clans for example. When that game came out it was full of issues and people who complained. They worked on all the issues over time and look how big of a game it is now over 3 years later. I will keep playing unless i loose my base. If i loose my base then yes i will have no point in playing anymore. I want to max myself out so when the game does pick up and a lot of the issues are fixed then i will be a top player.

all phone games have hacker problems. the better the game the more hacker attention it gets. u know uve made it when ur overrun by hackers. with the money generated by the game they start to fight the hackers and expand the game

Well, at other side you can't deliver new buggy/crappy small screen smartphone nowadays and expect that people will wait when it'll become as good as iphone 6 in 3 years. A lot of depends on how fast they will move, caz current speed leaves no hopes for me.

yes there is a window of opportunity. when game first released. word of mouth, hype can grow u or u shrivel. they had the growth to 7mil solid. squandered? well see

cons of starting a game upone release....bugs glithes inbalanced game with hackers, server problems, lots of maintenance downtime......pros of starting a game on release.....big head start on the players that join when game is near perfect streamlined. and big head start over players that quit and rejoin out of frustration. also the inbalances early in the game i listed in cons are also in the pros column. if u know how to ride the wave...roll with the punches u can benefit from the imbalances. when cav are overpowered u crush with cav, when romans overpowered u crush with romans etc etc. in a years time when things are balanced theres less option to fins chinks in the armor to take advantage of

keep playing but not too seriously.
casual player, spend convenience time, and definitely do not purchase anything.

Even with the bugs and cheaters in place dominations is still a very interesting game. And from a balancing perspective I really like the last patch as attacking and looting was much to easy and no challenge - specially with knights.
