We just got ripped 3587 Glory in one hit for nothing...

Hi all,

It's a bit rich, clans complaining about losing glory due to what they call, "bad match ups..."

We just got ripped 3587 Glory in one hit FOR NOTHING...

We didn't lose, we're on a long W streak. But we just got taxed 249 rankings for no reason at all.
I'm guessing it's some kind of rebalance. I've a few possible ideas why we were hit so hard.

Be nice if someone at BHG's can tell us why this has happened?!

There's lighter clans than us with much worse recent W/L's in the top 100 who were promoted!! And promoted a lot!!

I'm sure we'll make it up quickly, we missed Iconic Division by 200 points and we shouldn't of. I think we lost a war or two we shouldn't of lost.

That made a difference to us making the next division.

I'm wondering if this has something to do with it?!

So from rank #134 to rank #383 we go. It seems more than a little excessive.

Can we get some new good War players coming our way too?! This would be helpful. Look us up if you think you're good and join!

Being shy 200 points behind the next division wouldn't mean you get promoted to the next division at the end of the gauntlet, @Kit Lee; that's tough. You'll have to start from the beginning of your division with each season unless you get promoted. It sounds like your Alliance is consistent, though, so I hope you can make it to Iconic this time!!

How do you explain these guys at the top of our division who kept their points?! Or all the clans who got points added to them? Or the clans who have a loads more points and weren't "baselined." (As in the picture...) Shouldn't there be some kind of pro rata % point reduction based on how many points they had before the Gauntlets end? To be totally squashed seems a bit drastic. It's obviously controllable...

This happens when Alliances were still playing, got reset during the Glory Decay from the previous Gauntlet, and then took their first loss in the Current Gauntlet, which caused them to drop into the division below them.
