Update 12.16 Login issues (maybe involving event buildings)

@Harlems369th Moving this over from the general discussion thread. First login after update and the game is stuck for me and apparently others @aaa (on multiple apple devices phone/mini). It seems like i am logged in as there is movement in the background etc., but I just cant do anything except zoom in and out. Seems linked to having a special building down as we both have one and its selected in the background. First bug in 8 years thats prevented me from logging in

no me deja actualizar a la versión 12.16 de Los Destacamentos en otra cuenta que tengo menor que esta. Me pone que se van a instalar unos archivos pero luego cuando abro la cuenta no tengo la actualización.

Can I ask how you got this resolved , my friend and a having the same issue screen froze , people moving in the background . Thanks

CS ticket was initiated (see message from GO Mod above) and fixed somehow behind the scenes
