University alliance speed ups keeps disappearing.....!!

We released a university speed up fix. If there are persisting issues, they should be reported, as the issue you're running into may be different from what was fixed.

You may have “fixed” something, but it's definitely not the “university speedup” bug we've been talking about since 2020.
You're hearing from various sources that the bug still exists. How do you imagine such an in-game report being created?
Should the player who is currently offline know from off-screen and write that the bug is currently occurring? That's not possible. When they log back in after hours, they can calculate that only the elapsed time has been reduced from the university research and not the requested 7.5 hours. Should they then write after hours?
Or should the player who provides the first assist write that the request has disappeared?

We already did all of this in 2020. Nothing has changed for us since then!

In multiple instances, we were unable to identify any issues based on the reports from players on discord, forums, and socials. But as always, our best bet is to receive reports to see exactly what is happening with the account as soon as possible. But we can't keep sifting through the metaphorical haystack until we find something.

Now you have the report both in the forum and in-game, and a month has passed; so can we expect a fix soon?

Definitely didnt fix it. They always disappear after 2 donations or 6-7 minutes. No point in contacting CS as you cant prove anything, cantbtake a screen shot etc.

The partial donation you speak of isn't a bug, but rather how the donation system displays the donation request back to the player. It creates this confusing dynamic because, as you say, it appears that only a portion of donations can be made, making it seem like the system doesn't work. However, when you remove your current donated troops, you'll have that space available for donation. We don't like how this reads either, and we're considering whether and when we'd like to make changes alongside other updates that we have planned. But that's if time/resources allow.

I agree that these can be annoying, but content that doesn't directly affect gameplay is lower on the chopping block.

You say you did an update to ”Fix” this bug. But, it has never been fixed , everyone in the game complains about this, 100%…it doesn’t just not work for some people. The uni assist has never worked. Soon as you sign off it is gone, I am not sure how much more reporting on this we need to do, people have complained and reported on this for years. most of us don’t waste our time reporting bugs to cs anymore , it’s a waste of time, since nothing is ever done or fixed . And they make you jump through all sorts of hoops asking all sorts of non related questions , it’s frustrating. really, You don’t need us to constantly waste our time reporting the same bugs over and over. No offense , but your CS, even the VIP CS is almost never helpful, sorry to say. Just run an internal study on it and figure it out. trust me it’s been broken forever, never has worked , ever...for years now.
also, there is another annoying bug lately, when you harvest trees the game crashes. Please fix this as well.

I am also still having this problem. Tonight I sent in an alliance speedup for the university and one for a building. The university had 4.5 hours left on it. I came back 30 minutes later and it has 2.5 hours, but the request in the chat is gone. The other request had 2 slots filled. So, it used one request I guess then deleted itself?

Also, you always want screenshots for your reports, but we never know when this is going to happen. It is so random. I also randomly get it on building speedups.

The University speed-up request bug has never gone away. If one single dev, admin or mod played the game in an alliance they would know that. We shouldn't have to continually report a well known bug in the game. How many people does it take to mention it here before BHG does something? If lots of players have already reported it to CS, why hasn't it been fixed? Or is it a bug that benefits BHG because players have to burn valuable speed-ups?

i reported this back in December and gave your support team the exact timeframe, down to the minute
