University alliance speed ups keeps disappearing.....!!

We released a university speed up fix. If there are persisting issues, they should be reported, as the issue you're running into may be different from what was fixed.

You may have “fixed” something, but it's definitely not the “university speedup” bug we've been talking about since 2020.
You're hearing from various sources that the bug still exists. How do you imagine such an in-game report being created?
Should the player who is currently offline know from off-screen and write that the bug is currently occurring? That's not possible. When they log back in after hours, they can calculate that only the elapsed time has been reduced from the university research and not the requested 7.5 hours. Should they then write after hours?
Or should the player who provides the first assist write that the request has disappeared?

We already did all of this in 2020. Nothing has changed for us since then!

You said you were immediately turning around with alternate accounts, trying to speed up, but it doesn't work. If that is the case, I would hope that you submit a ticket for it and report to CS as soon as possible.

We made a fix for university speed ups in 12.21. We reviewed when reports hit forums shortly after that and earlier this year. In multiple instances, we were unable to identify any issues based on the reports from players on discord, forums, and socials. But as always, our best bet is to receive reports to see exactly what is happening with the account as soon as possible. But we can't keep sifting through the metaphorical haystack until we find something.
