Troop Donation bug

Troop donations are stalling or failing between my accounts. This has been an issue for a week Or so. I donate from acct. 1 to acct. 2 and it doesn’t show up probably 30% of the time. Same from 2 to 1. I’ve wasted crowns trying to request troops again, only to have it happen again!

anyone else have this issue?

Hi Rayme,
So you MAY have run into this issue I mentioned last month here, but if you're immediately swapping from one account to another after donating and not seeing it there may be something else going on. It's difficult to track after the Troop Donation is fulfilled, but it's much easier to look into when it's still active. So, if/when you see it again, try to get to CS as soon as possible so they can grab a snapshot of what happened. When the donation is over, it takes quite a bit of time for CS to parse through your account information for what was moved around.

Something similar has been happening between my two accounts for the last week or so. Donations work fine in one direction, but when the other base asks for troops that request never shows up at the base intended to receive the request. Contacted CS and did a cache clear as suggested- no luck. CS says they are working on the problem, but if it has been a problem since October that doesn’t bode well for a quick solution.
