I noticed this little guy hanging out on a crossroads (where two roads intersect) in my City... I've never noticed him before and he seems to have vanished when I logged in today... WTHeck is he and what's he doing there?
Anyone know?
Neither the wiki or Reddit seem to have much useful information... they seem equally stumped.

He's the guy that collects money from roads. You'll usually just see a pile of gold.
