The DomiNations World website is not working when I use my account

I have had a support ticket open for 8 days because the DomiNations World website does not work after logging in. Is anyone else having this problem? It started on the weekend of November 8-9. Fortunately, the in-game login on mobile is working. The problem is only with the website.

Error message on any screen after logging in: "The servers returned an unexpected response. Please try again later."

While waiting for a CS Response please try the following

  • Hard Refresh w/ ctrl+shift+r
  • clear cache
  • log out and log back in
Those can sometimes help alleviate issues you run into on DomiNations World

Thank you, Harlem. I have already been asked to do this a few times. I have tried on more than one device and have also asked other people to try. To demonstrate the problem, I even sent my login/password to support. I am still waiting.

I am an Asian player using a VPN, but I cannot use the trading feature. I receive the following error message. I have tried using PayPal and other payment methods, but they all fail.

And my problem remains unresolved. Protocol number 126074 still unanswered, just requests to be patient and wait.:(

@Harlems369th , can you believe they still haven't fixed this?

Basically, I log into the Dominations World site and nothing works. I even sent them my login info so they could see the issue for themselves. I opened the ticket way back on Nov 10th.

I honestly don't know what's happening. I’m starting to think either:
  • It’s a huge bug and it’s just taking forever;
  • They don't care because it's only affecting one user;
  • It’s too hard to fix, so they’re just leaving the ticket open until it expires;
  • Or their system is a mess and my ticket just got lost.
I've been missing out on my daily tokens and World Trivia since the 10th. It’s frustrating.

Whenever I open the support chat, I always get this same canned response below. I’ve never received any feedback via email or any other channel. I’m not even sure if the ticket 126074 is still active in their system."
