Support requests gone unanswered

I have submitted maybe 8 support requests over the last 3 weeks. I have only had 1 request addressed in all this time. Besides this one time, all I have received are automated acknowledgements. I am getting very, very upset. I have lost time, crowns, loot, troops, and patience. I have invested more than $200 into this game. I deserve better attention from the game developers and support staff. If you do a search you'll find the answer to this problem. I read somewhere(forget where) that you have to go somewhere outside the app to view responses. The game for some reason doesn't notify you of responses within the game right now. You more than likely, do have responses. Anyway, on another note, I wouldn't respond to you either after that much spam. You are one $$ spender among many. No company is going to give you the level of attention it seems you are demanding.
