Today I tried to complete my five strikes, but couldn't find an opponent to end them. Then I realized that my strikes were gone and I didn't launch any attacks. After seeking customer service assistance, they did not compensate me for the number of strikes

Thanks. They returned 3 hits to me, I performed them, wrote to support again to return the remaining two hits.
You still haven't managed to figure out the reason for the error?

We're currently testing a fix for what we believe should resolve most/all cases of this. Unfortunately we won't be able to get that fully out to you until early next week, as we risk making things worse right before we go into the weekend. I'll let you know more when I have it.
