Today I tried to complete my five strikes, but couldn't find an opponent to end them. Then I realized that my strikes were gone and I didn't launch any attacks. After seeking customer service assistance, they did not compensate me for the number of strikes

Do you realize I made a post about the same issue yesterday mentioning you and Harlems and posting SS about what he told , I still don't get your responses how come you guys are so irresponsible on answering .

Today I only activated 'strike' once, and the remaining four attacks disappeared, while the five attacks that disappeared yesterday have not been restored to me. Customer support has remained silent about my issue.

I have been able to launch 3 strikes since the beginning….” No opponent found” and then all Strikes gone. I have insisted with the CS, they have replenish my Strikes just for nothing, because it just doesn’t work. As customers we should be treated with respect, and at least they should give us enough stars to open the chests we haven‘t been able to earn ourselves….it‘s not our fault, and it’s so frustrating….

  • Our CS team is equipped to restore missing Strikes if you open a ticket
    • There was a delay with this for some players for which I apologize
    • We're now working as quickly as we can to work through the backlog of tickets
  • If you still haven't been assisted, please DM me the conversation ID of your CS ticket so that I can follow up with my team
  • If you have any other information that you feel will help us narrow down the issue(s) please let me know

@dadidi This is super helpful info, thank you so much. That said, I'm very sorry that you are hitting this bug so consistently; that's got to be incredibly frustrating. If you'd like to DM me your Player ID (please don't post it publicly on here) I can message it to one of the engineers investigating the issue and they can use your base as a template for some more in-depth testing.

There are also some possible reasons that after I complete a 'strike' attack, I am deducted two 'strike' counts. It only shows that two 'strike' counts have been deducted after I restart the client. If I attempt to initiate a 'strike' again without restarting the client, it may trigger the 'no opponent found' bug. I hope this information is helpful to your team, and I look forward to you resolving this bug as soon as possible.

If I attempt to initiate a 'strike' again without restarting the client, it may trigger the 'no opponent found' bug. In der Vergangenheit wurde die Gegnersuche sehr häufig und mehrfach hintereinander genau mit dieser Mitteilung unterbrochen. Seit gut 7-8 Jahren wurde die Gegnersuche manipuliert. Man zwang Spieler beständig bestimmte Basen anzugreifen. Das zeigte sich auch in den endlosen Wiederholungen der gleichen Gegner bei der Suche.
Da an den Einstellungen ständig herummanipuliert wurde, ist es wahrscheinlich, dass das aktuelle Problem mit den Strike's daraus resultiert. Wenn man bedenkt, wie oft Einstellungen über all die Jahre in dem Spiel geändert, angepasst oder ergänzt wurden, ist es nur zu verständlich, dass nach Updates immer wieder Bugs und Probleme auftreten. All das nachzuverfolgen und reparieren zu wollen, ist ein Aufwand den sich BHG selbst erschaffen hat.

I created ticket at CS telling about the strikes I attempts I lost, but they didn't solve it

I play since 2017, I will send DM

Es klingt so, als wärst du schon echt lange Teil der DomiNations-Community – richtig schön zu hören, dass dir unser Spiel so viel Spaß gemacht hat, dass du so lange dabei geblieben bist. Ich stimme dir völlig zu: Viele der Bugs und Probleme hängen wahrscheinlich damit zusammen, dass wir immer noch mit Code arbeiten, der vor über 10 Jahren geschrieben wurde. I agree with you that a lot of the bugs and issues we face are very likely the result of us working with code that was first implemented over 10 years ago. This same code base has grown and changed to interact with a plethora of new systems and features that have since been added to our game. Regardless, it's what we've got to work with. We do our best to 'future proof' the code of any systems we add, as well as rework any that are particularly out of date or troublesome when we touch adjacent code. We hope you’ll stick with us into the future.

Today I encountered a similar problem for the first time. I started to perform the first "strike" and received an error that the opponent was not found, after which I discovered that all three attempts to "strike" were spent, although there was only one attempt to fight. I wrote to technical support, attached screenshots. Then I decided to try to perform the remaining two "strike" after watching the ad and received the same error. As a result, all five attempts were lost

@Nikolay That's SUPER frustrating; I'm sorry to hear it. If you haven't already, you can write to CS and we'll restore your Strikes. (We can only do 3 at a time, so you'll have to use them up before we give back the last 2.)

Thanks. They returned 3 hits to me, I performed them, wrote to support again to return the remaining two hits.
You still haven't managed to figure out the reason for the error?
