I submitted a request to Support. The response was as expected: everything is fine, we don't see any errors.
That's exactly what I mean when I say that I think it's pointless to write tickets.

Even if BHG thinks that everything is correct, there seems to be a problem with the description or understanding. Support rarely seems interested in clarifying this (or either doesn't have the time or the detailed knowledge to do so).
For example, you could write that:
- After Attacker entering the detection range, snipers need another 5 seconds to charge their shot due to their slow firing speed. This can make it seem as if the range is smaller, especially when attackers are running towards the tower. Counterevidence would be, for example, leaving soldiers standing at the edge of the 14-square area for a longer period of time.
A “Everything is correct as it is” is not helpful to either side.
