Hello [Game Developer/Community],


I would like to raise an important concern regarding the in-game market pricing system. Currently, all items in the store are priced based on the U.S. Dollar without considering regional differences in currency value. Unfortunately, this creates a huge disadvantage for players in countries like mine, where our currency is nearly 40 times weaker than the dollar.


To give perspective:

• A cosmetic or item that costs just a few dollars in the U.S. becomes extremely expensive for us, often equal to several days’ worth of basic living expenses.
• This means that while players in stronger economies can easily enjoy and support the game, players from weaker economies are effectively excluded or forced to play without access to the same content.

This situation not only makes the game feel unfair, but it also alienates a large part of your player base, leading to frustration and dissatisfaction. Many players end up avoiding the store entirely, even if they genuinely want to support the game.

Why Regional Pricing Helps Everyone​

If regional pricing were implemented, two major benefits would follow:

1. Fair Access for All Players – Everyone would have the chance to enjoy the game equally, regardless of where they live or the strength of their currency.
2. Increased Revenue for the Developers – By adjusting prices regionally, items become affordable for millions of players who are currently priced out. Lower prices in weaker economies will result in more overall sales, which in the end brings in higher total revenue than keeping prices universally high.

Many successful global games already use regional pricing, and the results speak for themselves: a stronger community, happier players, and more sustainable income for the developers.


We truly love this game and want to support it. But without regional pricing, many of us simply cannot afford to. Please consider this request seriously—not only as a matter of fairness, but also as a smart long-term business decision.

US Dollar is pretty much world standard for economic exchanges. What you appear to be asking for would be subsidy where you would being paying 40 times less than what a US player is paying. How is that fair to the US player. We all work for our money what’s fair is fair if they give you a reduced price than all players should get the reduced price. This is not the fault of the game maker nor US players what 1 person pays is what all should pay. I am personally not going to pay for your game play nor should be BHG give up the profits. Not trying to be mean but this is a game for profit and if it cost me $20 dollar I expect it to cost everyone else $20 dollars

Many games around world manages their prices according to their regions , not did they solely depend on what price is good for a US Player ; but it's domination we have asked them to fix their pricing issues many times but they didn't .
If you are living in a country where a dollar equals to 100 local currency how is that gonna work when player had to buy the things at 100* more price which isn't adjusted to his region that's dumb (or I would say it can be done if you don't know basic economics ) .
I do believe his points are good bcz they didn't have many payment options too which many players uses on their website and game .(And yeah it's coming from a p2w guy who pays 90times more than USD ) Lol

Did you ever play any other game or travelled to another country ? Maybe no , the world didn't rotate around US too what that guy is saying is true they didn't manage game prices according to the countrys that's the issue here .
Also who is saying to get reduced taxes and lower price (we want a regional specifi adjusted price )its a part of fairness and maintaining healthy environment in that region . Nor should BHG have to pay exchange fees without doing the same thing for my taxes or Apple Store fee.

it should not be discounted without lowering prices for US players as well. Just like buying gold.
