Request for Clarity on War Artifact Availability

The community has been wondering about the long‑term availability of several War Hall Legendary Artifacts that were released exclusively through Event Passes. Right now, none of these items have appeared in the “War Hall Legendary 1!” or “War Hall Legendary Artifacts 2!” sales windows for 100/300 tokens, nor have they shown up at Marco Polo or in any chest rotations.

Questions from the Community​

• Is there an intention to eventually add past Event‑Pass war artifacts into the 100/300 token sales windows?
• If not, what is preventing these artifacts from being added?
• Are there plans to release them through chests, Marco Polo, or other recurring systems?

The lack of interaction from the moderators has become strikingly less over the last month or two. A new policy of "never admit we were wrong" and "never say sorry"? Also, if they minimize the amount of information provided, there is less chance of promising something that will never happen.
