Regarding that 12.21 "fix" for Research assists. Nope.

Is it just me? Or is anyone else noticing that the reported fix for the University speed up assists, where the allotted 5 assists does not give all 5, often disappearing what ever are left after about 30 seconds after you make request.

We've seen some folks reporting this issue even post 12.21 but the evidence has been inconclusive. Please submit a ticket to our CS Team to assist with tracking the issue. Even after the initial reports we ran additional checks and found no evidence of being able to reproduce this, granted we were only limited to what the user reported. The more information the better even if it's a small detail, but a CS Ticket is always the best way to get to the bottom of it!

Thank you Harlems369th for the rapid response. It is very much appreciated. I understand what you are saying, and if I had just the one account, I would be more inclined to think it had something to do with me. I will note more observance, and of course with my running 5 (2 on Android/PC, 3 on IPad) accounts (What can I say, I enjoy the building aspect of the game) I can only respond 4 times when I make a request. That last remaining request does vanish, before I see the 5th, and for me to get the 4, I need to alternate between accounts in less than 30 seconds, sometimes if I take longer for whatever reasons, I cannot even get to the 4. Just today I only got 4, and while it is possible an alliance mate of mine may have got the 5th, but the math does not add up, nor I get a message that someone else assisted. So before submitting a ticket to get support to take a look, I will double down and see and note my experience with it.

Ja ik heb dat ook zo lang je op een account blijft gaat het goed maar als je op 5 Bondgenoten moeten wachten kun je niet naar je andere account gaan willen dan zijn ze weg
ik heb al ruim een jaar geklaagd daarover en om compensatie maar dat geven ze niet. Al die uren die niet verkort worden ben je kwijt
