Can somebody tell my why this guy take Quick Victory on me in the last 46 SECONDS?!?! How is that possible?

Just means he had a short attack time. The timer just means secs left until end of attack. Nothing in the pic tells us how much time has already passed.

The "time remaining" in a replay is just saying the time remaining until the replay is over, that is NOT the time remaining on the battle timer. So if the guy got quick victory and the battle ended 46 later, that's exactly what you have shown there.
